What are the Trends for Weddings in 2020? As a photographer, it is very important to be aware of all the interests of the bride and groom.
Due to the bride and groom being so informed and thorough, and it has never been more crucial to understand and follow the dominant styles to give the best answer to the client’s requirements and be able to book the service.
At Digibook we keep abreast and beyond trends and, therefore, we are
able to meet any request.
This upcoming year will see the true blossoming of extravagant minimalism. Confused? Let’s see what are the trends for weddings in 2020.
1. Metallic
2020 is going to be a year of metallics, a trend that has been growing since 2018. Rosé Gold is the main shade chosen, but there are also variations in shades of copper, brass and the appearance of rust in this list. More classic but equally elegant, gold.
In this perspective, our Faia tones are the most suitable for the bride and groom looking for these type of contrasts, since it is a leatherette with a metallic shine. We have five colors: white, beige, silver, gold and copper-brown.
These materials allow for UV printing, varnish, or debossing to complete the visual look of your album.
2. Minimalism
Less is more. On the wedding day, this artistic movement is found in the
absence of visual elements, with the use of straight lines, transparent
supports, and the predominance of white. It is complemented by the use of
details in other colors, namely pale colors or the use of foliage.
For these couples, advising a white album will be the most appropriate. Our collections with white tone range are Madras, Acropole, Frederica, Leather Touch, White Floral and Pearl Metallic Canvas. The difference is in the texture of the material, more rough, textured or totally smooth. With the exception of Pele Touch, which only allows UV printing, any of the collections allow UV printing or debossing.
3. Pastel
Pale colours remain at the top of the bride and groom’s choices.
The lavender color or the combination of pink and white, with small
details of foliage still predominates in the decoration of the wedding day.
Pastel colors are combined with geometric details, usually in golden color.
For the bride and groom who prefer this decoration option, you can show them options from our Q4 Vintage collection, with more velvety textures and lighter and discolored tones.
4. Earthy Tones
The last trend that we will talk about, but one of the most prevalent
and the one that is the most universal, is
the rustic-contemporary. The type of barn wedding, wooden beams, raffia ribbon,
lanterns, branch decoration, inspired by nature and earth tones. This style is
essentially the root of the Pastel and Metalized styles, which grew from the
details of what is the informal wedding of fashion.
This point is the one where our range is wider, as the market demands.
From the Classic range, to the Linen Collection, through BeWood and Manhattan, any of our collections has a little bit of nature to offer.
Finally, the trends for weddings in 2020 point to a clear path of perfectionism that the photographer should understand and meet.
