No. Digibook works exclusively with professional photographers.

Although you are logged in the moment you create an account, seeing prices is only possible after Digibook has reviewed your registration. Therefore, you should wait for an email confirmation that your account has been validated. This confirmation is made within 24 working hours.

All data requested upon registration is intended to inform Digibook of data relevant to the validation and activation of the professional account and for the processing of shipping and invoicing. You may consult our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy for full details on the processing and use of personal data. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service.

Our page is public and if you are not logged in you can show any product and customization to your customer as there will be no prices.

Yes. We apply 50% discounts on all our albums except the BeWood Collection, Plus One and Books, which has a 30% discount.
The samples are made from your files.
These discounts are applied to facilitate sample renewal and thus to increase sales to your customers. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not fulfill this purpose.

Yes. Our customers are able to use freely the Album Express 7 Professional software. You can access our Downloads page and download the software for Mac or PC.

Yes. We have templates with built-in guides available in SmartAlbums but any design and image editing software such as InDesign or Photoshop are viable options.

It should be designed with the files saved in the sRGB color profile, with a resolution of 254 DPI (or 100 px / cm)

In order for us to be able to deliver an album that is precise to your layout, and a cover that fits your design, we supply all types of mockups with their crease and fold guides for all available album sizes, according to our printing and production criteria. You can find them in our Download page.

The preferred format for uploading files is .jpg. Files should be sent compressed into a .zip file.

You should number the album without letters and with three digits (001, 002, 003,…), in the order you want your album to be made.

The only difference between Albums and Books is the cover genre. Albums are those whose cover contain any elements of leather, fabric, canvas or linen. Books are covers exclusively produced with photographic paper. The printing and creation methods of the block are exactly the same, not affecting its quality.

Start the ordering process by logging in to your professional account. Choose the product you want from the menu tabs or categories on the main page. Define all features and customize the product. Add it to the cart. If you would like to add any related products, such as a box or bag, you can purchase through the related products below the product, or find them in the tabs at the top of the page. When you have entered all products, complete your purchase with confirmation of all data. After completing the purchase you will be able to upload the files.

We have debit or credit card payments available through paypal or directly by bank transfer.

Files can be uploaded after checkout through the page by clicking the "Upload Files" button.

The order is considered to be processing upon receipt of payment. Until the payment amount has been received, the order will be pending.

Yes. We apply a basic and non-detrimental correction of color and contrast, in order to fully preserve the style of each photographer. We do not reserve the right to make extreme changes to page correction, and if any photos or spreads are found to have any problem, the order will be placed in stand by and we will contact the photographer in order to resolve the problem.

Orders cannot be canceled after the files have been uploaded. However, in case you made any mistake or want to add something, you should contact Digibook as soon as possible at info@digibook.pt. If the order is already in production, you must bear the costs arising from the production process, up to the date of the request for cancellation and/or modification.

All prices shown are subject to VAT at the current legal rate. For photographers who are VAT registered, there will be no VAT added. The price shown on the product does not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs have a fixed amount which is later added in the checkout process.

The average production time is 10 working days. The time required for the carrier to deliver your order is not included in the production timeframe. To account for the production period, the first business day is considered to be the business day for the proof of payment of the order. Please note that it is considered in the average production time that the received files are in perfect printing condition.

In the ordering process, in the selection of the carrier you have the possibility to choose Urgency Rate. With this option your digital album order is processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation and correct receipt of the files. The urgency rate is valid for the production of digital albums. Accessory orders and other products must be confirmed in advance by contacting our Customer Service.

The carrier provides a shipping code that we put at your disposal when you receive the order shipping confirmation email. It is through this code that you can follow the shipment of your order.

It is the photographer's sole responsibility to ensure that the merchandise is in good condition. Inspect the volume before the receiving signature and, in case of anomaly, describe it on the receiving tab. You can choose to accept or decline the merchandise. Send us a complaint within 24 hours with the damage information and photographic evidence. After the damage has been assessed and confirmed, we will file an incident with the carrier and process the remedies required. If there is any incidence on the products, it should be photographed and within 24 hours after receiving them, send the images by email to info@digibook.pt, so that the problem can be rectified in the shortest possible time.

Yes. All Digibook albums have a lifetime warranty as long as all album Conservation Care are met. The lifetime warranty is activated in case of problems with the cover, block, creases, manufacturing defects or imperfections. In the event of damage related to mishandling, spillage, or failure to comply with the Conservation Care, the lifetime warranty does not apply.

In the event that incidence on the album is Digibook's problem, the album will be collected by the carrier, repaired and sent back as soon as possible at no cost to the photographer. Should the incident be a photographer's problem, the album will be sent to Digibook by the photographer - or Digibook will be asked to collect it, with shipping costs being billed on the invoice - the album is repaired and sent back, with shipping costs.

Whenever you wish to change any details in your account, you must access your Account and make the changes. In addition, you should send an email to info@digibook.pt with the same information. Only in this way will the change be valid and taken into account for future shipments. Digibook does not assume, therefore, any delays or damages caused by non-compliance with this standard.
